Future Farmers of Yorkshire inspires and develops the very best to lead Yorkshire’s agricultural industries to a thriving future.
There are huge changes facing our sector with the potential loss of the European market, to farms facing a crisis in profitability and the need for some to diversify into other areas. Farmers are having to lead teams of family members and staff into futures where the look and feel of the business is unclear.

Future Farmers of Yorkshire will be hosting a one-day training session on Thursday 5th November 2020 to help develop the future leaders in their industry.

The course will help you to develop self-awareness about your leadership style and to understand the impact your style has on others. You will find out what is it like to be on the other side of ‘you’ and you’ll learn tools on how to get the best from others through support and challenge.

The course will be run at Pavilions of Harrogate, with strict social distancing in place.
This course is heavily subsidised by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, with a £50+VAT contribution from each attendee.
